Chukwu-Emeka works as a consultant in Freetown, Sierra Leone coordinating a British government-sponsored project to support the government of Sierra Leone develop & implement a strategy to strengthen the country’s private sector as part of an overall effort to broaden, diversify, & accelerate growth, sustain peace, & create widespread wealth through decent & productive jobs & better incomes.
In 1994, Chukwu-Emeka Chikezie co-founded the African Foundation for Development (AFFORD) in London to harness & mobilize the African diaspora’s resources for Africa’s development. In 2008, he was a catalyst for the establishment of AFFORD-Sierra Leone, a fully autonomous enterprise agency affiliated to AFFORD-UK that harnesses a combination of domestic & diaspora resources to advance enterprise development in Sierra Leone. |
