Gregory has an extensive management background. He has worked in the Telecoms sector for the past 15 years, in both small and large companies, with significant exposure to most business functions. He  
has worked chiefly in the areas of sales and marketing.

Before setting up Teledata ICT Ltd and Teledata Limited, Gregory was the Sales & Marketing Manager of Scancom Ltd (MTN) between 1996 and 1999. Gregory was part of the team that setup the network in Ghana and was instrumental in launching Scancom's prepaid service before resigning to become a distributor for Scancom's prepaid products.

Gregory, a third generation Ghanaian of Lebanese origin completed his BA at Beirut University College in 1986.
