John Njoku, PhD

Commissioner for Lands, Survey and Urban Planning
Imo State, Nigeria

Dr. Jude Njoku is the current commissioner for Lands, Surveys and Urban Planning, Imo State, Nigeria and a member of the State Executive Council. Dr. Njoku was previously the Vice Chancellor of Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Dr. Njoku is a managing consultant of the Agricultural and Human Resources Development Consultancy Services. In this role, he is practically responsible for coordinating all the research and training activities of the firm and ensuring that these conform to existing best practices in the field.  With over 30 years experience in private, academic and governmental operations, Dr. Njoku advises the Imo State governor on international investment from foreign corporations. He sits on the Board and advisory Board of national and international organizations and corporations. Njoku has a PhD and BSc degrees in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and MSc degree from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria.
