Tricia Chirumbole
Investors Without Borders
Tricia combines a lifelong entrepreneurial drive and resistance to the status quo with a passion for market-driven social change. Tricia is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earning a BS in Psychology and a Mathematics Minor. She completed an MBA in social entrepreneurship as a Colonial Fellow at The George Washington University, where she began to develop the Investors Without Borders model in January of 2007. Tricia has three years’ of project management experience in social services, two years in behavioral health, experience with research and strategic development of computer-based, artificial intelligence and collaborative education programs, and international development experience consulting with small businesses in Ghana regarding financial management. Tricia currently resides in Washington DC and spends as much time as possible in Ghana, where the pilot for Investors Without Borders is in development.
