Dr Okendu is currently the Vice President, Sustainable Development USA, Africa and Asia at Earth-Solar Technologies Corporation, where he oversees the organizationʼs issues related to Africa and Asia. Previously, he was Head of Human Resources, Standard Bank of South African Investment Corporation (STANBIC), Lagos, Nigeria and Human Resources Administrator, Citibank N.A./Nigeria International Bank, a division of Citigroup Corporation, Lagos, Nigeria. Dr. Okendu also teaches Business Administration and Human Resources management at Human Resources Management, Labor and Employment Law Faculty at Concordia University, Wisconsin. He holds a PhD in Organization and Management with concentration in strategic/ change management from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN; an MBA from University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria; Masters of Legal Studies (Labor Law & Industrial Relations), from Lagos State University, Nigeria and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
