Samson Kassahoun GuebreMichael is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 4Afri Mobile Technologies Inc. and LotoPhone S.A. 4Afri is a venture backed Silicon Valley company that entirely focuses on delivering innovative technology for the African market. 4Afri is currently providing mobile-based solutions for enterprises with a SaaS model. And most recently interactive services targeted to the end consumer. Mr. GuebreMichael is in charge of the marketing efforts of the company on projects that reach millions of customers in multiple countries.

Mr. GuebreMichael was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He is trained in three languages and holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a graduate level diploma in Computer Science. As a fresh graduate, he joined High Tech Park, a research and development center in Addis Ababa working on various intelligent circuit designs. After a brief stint in the marketing team of Caterpillar power systems in Ethiopia; he joined one of the biggest mobile manufacturers in the world, the Chinese Huawei Technologies as an account manager. He was instrumental in the growth of Huawei in the country and continued to help integrate the company with the mobile consumers of the 80 million plus Ethiopians. Most recently he was working for Offshoring 2.0, the Ethiopian branch IT firm of Chicago based eVentive LLC helping implement hotel PMS software services.
