Tara Lynn Gray

Tara has more than 20 years experience in Information Technology and Management Consulting. She has worked with Department of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency Management Agency, Accrediting Commission for Community & Junior Colleges, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, AT&T, Grainger, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Lotus Development Corporation.

Mrs. Gray has been doing web development and custom software implementations for more than a decade. She is a proponent of cloud and web-based applications for enhanced productivity and mobile & wireless technologies. She owns and operates a Managed Service Provider business in northern California.

Tara is committed to programs designed to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in every other aspect of life. She has published a blueprint; CISS- the Community Initiative for Self Sustainability, for non-profits and faith based organizations to create sustainable communities through sustainable micro-enterprise growth and development.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from St. Mary's College, Moraga, CA; Certificate of Completion, UCLA Anderson School of Business, Management Development for Entrepreneurs; Certificate of Completion, Intel Business Academy; Numerous Technical Certifications; and Certified Instructor & Affiliate, Kauffman Foundation First Step FastTrac Curriculum for Entrepreneurs. Ms. Gray is currently enrolled in the Health Information Technology Certification Program at Fresno City College.

Ms. Gray is a board member of the California Black Chamber Of Commerce Foundation, a Board Member of One Voice International, Inc., a Board Member of Sickle Cell Network, an Executive Advisor to Howard University African Business Club, an Executive Committee Member of Solano Center for Business Innovation, a member of Women Impacting Public Policy, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, a member of the American Grant Writer's Association (AGWA), 2009 Recipient of CA Black Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award (North), and is the 2004 Recipient Of Allstate Insurance Company "From Whence We Came" National Pioneer in Technology Award.
