Torsor has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry. In his most recent role as Vice President at Serengeti Capital, an investment firm based in Accra, Torsor advised on financial and strategic initiatives for early to mid stage West African companies, with annual revenues ranging from US$0.5M-50M. Bank of Africa acquisition of Amalbank and the capital-raising of Voltacar Rental Services, a long term corporate car rental company based in Accra, are the most notable transactions that he has worked on at Serengeti Capital. Torsor expertise includes business development, deal structuring and execution, and capital-raising.
Prior to Serengeti Capital, Torsor worked at Credit Suisse London and PricewaterhouseCoopers New York where he analyzed, structured, and valued a variety of capital market products. Torsor holds a B.S. at Rutgers University.
Torsor was born in Liberia, and has lived in several countries including Cote D'Ivoire and Burkina Faso. He's a world politics enthusiast, and a global traveler.
